All projects require an upfront deposit before commencement. We adhere to strict milestones. Delays caused by the client in providing necessary assets may result in adjusted timelines. Final deliverables are handed over only upon receipt of full payment.

4. Limitations

In no event shall WebNex or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on WebNex's website.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on WebNex's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. WebNex does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. WebNex may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
