Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

At WebNex, we strive to deliver state-of-the-art web products, designs, and AI solutions. This Refund and Cancellation Policy details the terms and conditions for project cancellations, service modifications, and invoice refunds.

2. Project Cancellations

You may request a cancellation of services under the following stages:

  • Planning Phase: Cancellations during layout, design, or wireframing are eligible for a partial refund, minus the hours/resources already spent.
  • Development Phase: Once custom code, API structures, or database setups have commenced, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on milestone completion.
  • Final Delivery: After the project is completed, approved by the client, and deployed on the live domain/hosting, no cancellations are permitted.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain digital expenses are entirely non-refundable once purchased/contracted on behalf of the client:

  • Domain registrations and hosting server subscriptions.
  • Paid APIs, third-party software subscriptions (such as custom LLM endpoints, payment integrations).
  • Specialized print deliverables once fabrication has started (CNC patterns, banners, acoustic paneling).

4. Billing Disputes

If you believe an invoice or payment request is incorrect, please contact our billing team within 7 days of the invoice date at hello@webnex.co.in to resolve it amicably.
